our room was spacious and fairly quiet and complete with the coffee machine, high ceiling. a roll in shower, hair dryers and bath sheets were very handy. location: the hotel was short walk to the restaurant and the nearby shopping areas. it had amicable and exceptionally nice staff.

The view from the rooftop terrace at Radisson was absolutely stunning. We had the most amazing sunrise and sunset views. The facilities were beautiful, spacious, and very secure. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and our room was spotless. Despite a few minor issues with the room, such as a broken door lock and some outlets not working, the staff at the front desk were quick to respond and accompany us to our room. They were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel food was good, although the breakfast options were limited. I would definitely recommend Radisson Hotel Monterrey San Jeronimo for a pleasant and secure stay.
